Making media accessible is one of the core objectives of the MediaVerse project. And we are not talking about accessible media assets and immersive experiences only but also aim to make the tools accessible which we use to create such content!
MediaVerse partner UAB‘s TransMedia Catalonia team have used the FADER authoring tool to create immersive 360° experiences featuring cultural heritage locations in nature near the city of Banyoles. In each scene closed captions, audio description and sign language interpretation have been integrated to offer content that is accessible to all citizens.
